Service Agreement Policy
We provide a comprehensive car sourcing service, which includes vehicle research, price negotiation, inspection coordination, and delivery assistance. We do not offer direct financing, insurance, or warranty services unless specified. Our service fees are outlined in the agreement, and any additional costs will be communicated upfront.
Payment Policy
Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or PayPal. A non-refundable deposit of 1.5% of car list price is required before sourcing begins. The remaining balance is due upon confirmation of purchase. Refunds are only applicable in cases where the vehicle is unavailable or does not meet agreed specifications.
Vehicle Sourcing Policy
We source vehicles from reputable dealerships, private sellers, and auctions. All vehicles undergo thorough background checks, including service history and accident reports. We prioritize client preferences but cannot guarantee the availability of specific models.
Inspection & Quality Assurance Policy
We recommend a pre-purchase inspection for all vehicles. Third-party inspections can be arranged at the client’s request and expense. While we verify vehicle conditions to the best of our ability, we are not responsible for unforeseen mechanical issues post-purchase.
Delivery & Collection Policy
Vehicles can be delivered nationwide at an additional cost or collected from a designated location. Estimated delivery times will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for any damages occurring during transit, and clients are encouraged to inspect the vehicle upon receipt.
Warranty & Aftercare Policy
We do not provide in-house warranties but can recommend third-party warranty providers. Clients are responsible for post-purchase maintenance and repairs unless covered under a manufacturer’s or dealer’s warranty.
Dispute Resolution Policy
In case of disputes, we encourage amicable resolution through direct communication. If unresolved, disputes may be referred to independent mediation or arbitration. Legal jurisdiction will be determined based on the terms outlined in the service agreement.
Privacy & Data Protection Policy
We comply with all data protection regulations, including GDPR. Personal and financial information is securely stored and never shared with third parties without consent. Clients may request data deletion at any time.
Compliance & Legal Policy
We adhere to all relevant consumer protection laws and industry regulations. Any misrepresentation or fraudulent activity will be reported to the appropriate authorities. Our terms and conditions are legally binding and must be agreed upon before engaging in our services.
